Position Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a highly motivated Business Consultant focusing on Software Implementation in our UK region. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment, working on a cutting-edge SaaS ERP.
The primary focus would be to provide expert advice, analysis and guidance to clients on various aspects of their business in relation to our Xpedeon Software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Form part of the implementation team on a large projects or Execute on Individual basis small projects.
- Assist the account of new / existing customers from project kick off meeting to continuous engagement till the period of subscription for customers assigned.
- Implement Xpedeon according to our standard implementation methodology “Xpedite” with project planned timelines.
- Assist mapping customer business processes and provide solutions using Xpedeon
- Assist mapping customer reporting requirements to standard reports and analysis dashboards
- Coordinate with the task team on bespoke reporting / dashboard requirements of customers
- Advise customers on data conversion from legacy systems to Xpedeon data upload sheets.
- Guide or Perform system configuration, core user acceptance and training, data migration strategy, and testing.
- Be part of Xpedeon training team and provide core user training and support.
- Ensure that all documentation (such as Minutes, etc.) is meticulously drafted and circulated
- Ensuring your service billing and it’s recovery from customers.
- Promote use of Xpedeon training videos and participate in preparation of training videos of new features.
- Assist the Lead consultants, Project Managers and Project Management Office with project status reports.
- Participate in project reviews.
- Be part of reducing the project lifecycle and continuous standardisation for quick implementation in SME sector.
- Ensure knowledge of new features in Xpedeon.
Core Competencies:
- Proven experience as business consultant or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills, with aptitude in creative problem-solving.
- Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of the UK construction and subcontracting market.
