Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in both Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management to lead and oversee large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern IT technologies such as .NET, MVC, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines, combined with a solid foundation in managing complex projects.

The role requires a professional with proven expertise in managing the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation through delivery, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. A Project Management certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is essential, along with a strong track record of working with cross-functional teams in agile and traditional environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight:
    Oversee the internal control of multiple global projects, ensuring they adhere to predefined schedules, budgets, and methodologies.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consultants meet their objectives. Take corrective actions where needed to keep projects on track.
  • Risk Management & Issue Escalation:
    Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution, addressing them promptly. Escalate critical issues to project managers and senior management when necessary.
  • Resource Alignment
    Ensure proper allocation of resources across various projects and teams to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Internal Communication
    Act as the central communication point between senior leadership, department heads, and project teams, ensuring a clear and timely flow of information.
  • Reporting:
    Produce regular status reports on project progress, risks, and performance metrics for leadership review.

Core Competencies:

  • Technical and Domain Knowledge
    • Understanding of SDLC:
      • Expertise in managing end-to-end software development processes.
      • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies.
    • Technical Knowledge:
      • Solid understanding of .NET Core MVC and Flutter to facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders.
      • Knowledge of backend systems, APIs, and front-end mobile and web application architecture.
    • ERP and Construction Industry Knowledge:
      • Prior experience in ERP development, particularly for the construction industry, is a significant plus.
      • Familiarity with SaaS architecture and deployment models.
  • Project Management Skills
    • Planning and Scheduling:
      • Ability to define project scope, create detailed work plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
    • Risk Management:
      • Proficient in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks in the project lifecycle.
    • Resource Management:
      • Capacity to allocate resources effectively across a 20-person team.
      • Experience managing cross-functional teams with developers, testers, and designers.
    • Stakeholder Management:
      • Strong skills in reporting to stakeholders, including progress, roadblocks, and key metrics.
    • Tool Proficiency:
      • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
      • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is helpful.

    • Team Leadership:
      • Proven ability to mentor and inspire a diverse team.
      • Experience in building a collaborative and productive work culture.
    • Problem-Solving:
      • Analytical mindset to address technical challenges and team dynamics effectively.
    • Communication:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams.

      • Capacity to pivot as business and project requirements evolve.

Educational Requirements:

  • Certifications:
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials demonstrate project management expertise.
  • Additional certifications in Agile or DevOps are a bonus.

Professional Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software development or project management.
  • Prior experience managing teams of a similar size or larger.
  • Results-Oriented:
    • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting quality benchmarks.
