Position Overview:

Algorithms is looking for a dynamic and highly Engineering Lead with expertise in MVC architecture, .NET, and ASP.NET to lead and manage technology projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Microsoft technologies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams to successfully deliver high-quality solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Microsoft Technology Expertise:
  • Develop detailed project plans, emphasizing MVC architecture, .NET, and ASP.NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to Microsoft technology best practices.
• Team Leadership in Microsoft Technology Projects:
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance on MVC, .NET, and ASP.NET.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among development, testing, and deployment teams.
• MVC Architecture Implementation in .NET Projects:
  • Oversee the implementation of projects using MVC design patterns within the
  • .NET framework.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure MVC principles are maintained for scalability and maintainability.
• Stakeholder Communication and Microsoft Technology Alignment:
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions with a specific focus on
  • .NET and ASP.NET aspects.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align Microsoft technology choices with project and organizational goals.
• Risk Management in .NET Projects:
  • Identify and address risks specific to .NET and ASP.NET implementations, ensuring the integrity of the architecture.
  • Develop mitigation strategies for technology-related challenges during the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance with .NET and ASP.NET:
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes that align with .NET and ASP.NET best practices.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure .NET and ASP.NET standards are met for project deliverables.
• Resource and Budget Management for Microsoft Technology Projects:
  • Allocate resources effectively for .NET and ASP.NET projects, considering the unique requirements of Microsoft technologies.
  • Manage project budgets with a focus on .NET and ASP.NET implementation costs.
• Documentation with Microsoft Technology Focus:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, emphasizing .NET and ASP.NET design decisions and implementations.
• Continuous Improvement in Microsoft Technology Practices:
  • Identify opportunities for improving .NET and ASP.NET architecture practices and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team, especially regarding Microsoft technology adherence.

Core Competencies:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically with a focus on MVC architecture,
  .NET, and ASP.NET.
• Strong understanding of MVC design patterns and their application in .NET projects.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on Microsoft technology project requirements.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.

Educational Requirements:

• BE Computer Science / Btech
