Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to oversee the internal control and coordination of our global projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic goals. You will be responsible for ensuring clear communication between senior leadership, department heads, and project teams while tracking performance across implementation teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creative Design Development:
• Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for various projects, including but not limited to banners, brochures, logos, posters, and digital artwork.
• Video Content Creation:
• Create, edit, and animate video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and quality standards.
• Content Creation:
• Produce high-quality visual content that effectively communicates marketing messages and enhances brand visibility across multiple formats.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that align with client objectives.
• Industry Awareness:
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and video production to continuously enhance skills and adapt to industry changes.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Quality Assurance:
• Review and refine designs and video content based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring final products meet quality standards.

Core Competencies:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• In-depth knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) for creating content.
• Strong understanding of vector graphics creation and manipulation.
• Excellent photo editing skills, including color correction, retouching, and image manipulation.
• Creative Thinking:
• Ability to think creatively and conceptually to develop unique design solutions across both graphic and video formats.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and designs to team members and clients.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
