Position Overview:
As a Marketing Executive – Events and Campaigns, you will play a critical role in delivering
multiple events and marketing campaigns, often running simultaneously. You will need
exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure. You will be responsible for end-to-end event planning and multi-channel campaign execution, while working cross-functionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. This role requiring a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Event Management (Internal & External)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a high volume of internal and external events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and internal stakeholder events.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, supplier coordination, budget management, and on-site execution.
- Oversee event registrations, invitation management, and attendee engagement strategies.
- Lead pre-event planning meetings and post-event debriefs to refine event execution strategies.
- Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Develop and implement event-specific and broader marketing campaigns to drive engagement, attendance, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure all event materials, promotional assets, and communications are aligned and delivered on time.
- Work closely with digital and social teams to amplify campaign reach and drive engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaign and event-related activities.
- Measurement & ROI Analysis
- Track KPIs for events and campaigns, measuring impact on lead generation, engagement, and overall business objectives.
- Provide detailed post-event and post-campaign reports with actionable insights for improvement.
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) to track campaign effectiveness and lead attribution.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, venues, agencies, and event partners, ensuring cost-effectiveness and seamless execution.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and sales teams to ensure event and campaign success.
- Negotiate supplier contracts, manage event budgets, and ensure financial accountability.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under high-pressure conditions.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, result-driven environment
