Position Overview:

The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by managing operational tasks, data analysis, and digital marketing campaigns. This individual will work closely with marketing managers, content creators, and analysts to ensure efficient and effective marketing execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Develop and optimize ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
  • Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Design and optimize email templates using HTML and CSS.
  • Track email performance metrics and analyze results.
  • Marketing Automation:
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, email marketing, and lead scoring.
  • Data Management:
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the marketing automation platform.
  • Segment and clean data to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports, including key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • HTML Development:
  • Create and maintain HTML-based email templates and landing pages.
  • Ensure compatibility with various email clients and devices.

Core Competencies:

  • Experience with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Certification in marketing automation or digital marketing.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
