This is a senior role in the India region and will be responsible for actively driving sales and revenue growth with a strong focus in driving sales of ASPL’s cutting edge solutions tailored for the C&E industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to drive sales as a hunter and in an Individual Contributor (IC) Role, by prospecting, qualifying, and closing net new business/logos and to achieve the quarterly, annual business quotas.
- Business development & consultative selling:
- Target prospective clients by cultivating new leads through networking, research and through Inbound and Outbound leads.
- Create and maintain a strong & qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools, to ensure the quarterly business quotas are met.
- Engage with prospective organizations through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, proper value proposition of our ERP suite to Senior Execs.
- Sales Management:
- Accurate Forecasting and reporting and consistent quota achievement.
- Leverage and co-ordinate with various internal teams viz. such as Pre-Sales, Solution Consultants, Inside Sales teams, etc. to lead and manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources.
- Negotiations and closing. Lead sales engagement with clients, prepare quotations, handle negotiations on pricing and contracts terms and close contracts, as per company pricing and contract guidelines.
- Gauge market trends and build appropriate business plans.
- Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
Core Competencies:
- Track record of consistent achievement of targets and quotas. (Should have demonstrated sales experience in deal closure with a ticket size of at least USD 100K (INR 80 Lacs+) within ASPL’s Ideal Customer Profile viz. Real Estate Developers, Engineering Contractors, or with large PSUs, Corporates.)
- Strong understanding of the Construction & Engineering industry with experience which demonstrates a significant level of expertise in selling ERP solutions or similar complex Enterprise software products.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills to manage CXO Level relationships.
- Team player. Able to collaborate, leverage & bring together internal and external teams.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering. MBA is a plus.
