Senior Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our integrated marketing initiatives across various channels. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital marketing, inbound and outbound strategies, lead generation, event planning, PR, social media strategy, and agency management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can craft data-driven marketing campaigns while driving brand awareness and engagement across all touchpoints.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing plans that align with the business’s growth objectives. 
  • Lead the creation of cohesive campaigns across digital, offline, and traditional channels. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to create customer-centric marketing initiatives to drive leads and conversions. 
  • Digital Marketing
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing to enhance online presence. 
  • Manage paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring ROI optimization. 
  • Leverage analytics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions to refine digital marketing efforts. 
  • Inbound & Outbound Marketing
  • Design and implement inbound marketing campaigns to attract potential clients through content marketing, lead nurturing, and automated workflows. 
  • Lead outbound marketing efforts, including email outreach, direct marketing, and lead qualification strategies to drive targeted growth. 
  • Lead Generation & Demand Generation
  • Own the lead generation funnel from top-of-the-funnel awareness through to bottom-of-the-funnel conversion strategies. 
  • Develop creative campaigns and tactics to generate qualified leads for the sales team. 
  • Collaborate with sales to create account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key clients. 
  • Event Management & Public Relations
  • Plan, execute, and manage corporate events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote brand visibility. 
  • Work closely with the PR team or external agencies to ensure timely media coverage, product announcements, and thought leadership. 
  • Drive content creation for press releases, case studies, and media kits to ensure brand alignment. 
  • Social Media Strategy
  • Develop and implement a robust social media strategy that promotes engagement and brand interaction across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. 
  • Monitor trends, respond to industry news, and manage community engagement to grow a loyal online following. 
  • Agency Management & Collaboration
  • Act as the point of contact with external agencies (creative, PR, digital) to ensure campaign alignment with business goals. 
  • Manage vendor relationships for seamless execution of marketing programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance measurement. 
  • Marketing Collaterals & Content Development
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, case studies, videos, and website content. 
  • Ensure that all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s products and services. 
  • Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, ensuring a high level of performance. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. 
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Use data and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on marketing ROI. 
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights to improve marketing effectiveness. 

Core Competencies:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially in the SaaS or tech industries. 
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. 
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar. 
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing platforms is a plus.
